Propósito del puesto:
The administrative assistant is responsible for providing clerical / administrative support to seniorstaff of Site Services Administration. They must be based in experience and good judgement toplan and achieve goals
Funciones:
Act as a link between managers and employees, schedule appointments, meetings andconferences.• Daily register of safety cards.• Daily register of documentation such as: Work Orders, Work permits.• Provide documentation to the employees for their daily activities. (AST, work permits, VLP,work orders, formats, checklists)• Daily coordination with contractors.• Managing of the SysAid informatic system.• Generations of PR.• Daily reports (Water plant, daily activities, gym status, weekly activities report)• Waste area gate access information.• Report of waste transportation.• As maintenance we are planning to do an inventory of every tool and spare part, we musthave control on it.• Some degree of creativity and latitude is required.• Spread out routine and other documents requested of the department´s staff, includingpreparation for mail / Messenger Service / meetings.• The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level ofthe assigned job and are not necessarily all included.
• Reach of responsibility and complexity:• Integrated Occupational Safety and Health Responsibilities• The administrative assistant will operate computers and office machines.• The administrative assistant may be required to drive a light vehicle on site on off-highwayconditions.• The administrative assistant must wear personal protective equipment, including helmet,steel toe shoes, safety glasses, respirators, autonomous breathing devices, ear plugs,gloves, or any other equipment so to carry out the tasks with safety.• Knowledge of applicable codes, standards and regulations.• Ability to work long periods of time without compromising safety

Perfil mínimo Requerido:
Académico
University or secretary level courses / business school / Certified Diploma in Secretary(office) is desirable
Experiencia
A mínimum of 3 years in administrative experience or an equivalent combination oftraining and experience is required• Excellent command of the English language and advanced computer skills in MSapplications• Team Work and ability to maintain confidentiali
