JOB PURPOSE
Analyze, document, and improve operational and support processes using structured process mapping and analysis methodologies, with the objective of increasing operational efficiency, reducing cycle times and rework, and strengthening process standardization and organizational performance.
This role contributes to operational excellence through data analysis, the definition of performance indicators, and the technical validation of processes, ensuring that proposed improvements are practical, sustainable, and aligned with operational realities, without impacting business continuity.
FUNTIONS

Capture and map operational and support processes, ensuring clarity of activities, roles, interfaces, and decision points.

Analyze processes through time studies and data analysis, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, cycle times, and reduce rework.

Develop and standardize process flow diagrams, including AS-IS and TO-BE process maps.

Define and support the establishment of process KPIs aligned with efficiency, performance, and compliance objectives.

Facilitate process mapping and validation workshops with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and area leaders.

Support process standardization initiatives and the update of procedures and the Integrated Management System (IMS), as applicable.

Maintain proper documentation and traceability of analyzed processes and their associated improvement actions.

Likewise, use resources efficiently and promptly report any deviation, incident, or situation that may affect environmental performance.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE

Experience in process mapping using tools such as SIPOC, AS-IS / TO-BE, step-by-step methodologies, and flowcharts.

Experience in time studies, process flow analysis, and identification of bottlenecks and rework.

Experience in data analysis and in the definition, tracking, and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs).

Experience working cross-functionally with operational, technical, and support teams, validating processes with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
