Position Purpose:
The Mine Dispatch Assistant is responsible for monitoring, recording, processing and reporting information from the main mine infrastructure systems and subway mining equipment fleet. Provides information on performance indicators and status of equipment and infrastructure systems to those responsible for the mining operation for the proper management of resources and materials oriented to the continuous improvement process of the organization.
Functions:
Perform at the beginning of shift, the review of status information (Operational, Delay, Stand by and Maintenance) of all systems, mine equipment, loading points, unloading, Stocks, haul routes, workshops, fuel station, operators, etc.2. Manage, Record and monitor information from the systems: Dispatch, Amcrest System, NXwitness, Vijeo Designe, Maestro Mine, NLT, Pinssar, Mine Arc and Fetid Gas System.3. Record information of the activities of the different subway mine equipment cycles in the Dispatch system database.4. Prepare reports of the different KPIs of the Dispatch, Amcrest System, NXwitness, VijeoDesigne, Maestro Mine, NLT, Pinssar, Mine Arc and Foul Gas System, etc.5. Train subway mining equipment operators on information reporting and mine dispatch system.6. Reconcile with Mine, Planning, Geology and Maintenance areas on mine equipment status and systems.7. Manage data in the Power BI platform and database for Dispatch, Amcrest System, NX witness, Vijeo Designe, Maestro Mine, NLT, Pinssar, Mine Arc and Foul Gas System.8. Maintain the correct configuration of the HMI (Vijeo Designe), taking into account the mining plan and the priorities of progress in production and development chambers.9. Maintain a correct configuration of the hourmeters of all equipment, fans, etc.10. Maintain direct communication and coordination with the mine and the mine.
Minimum Profile Required:
Academic
University education (Systems, Mining, Industrial)
Experience
+2 years of experience in administrative functions and computer systems management
Good oral and written communication skills.
Additional Skills and Qualities
Advanced knowledge in office automation and MS applications, experience working with complex databases is an asset.
Desirable knowledge and experience in subway mining methods and procedures.
Languages:
Candidates with a good command of Spanish and basic/intermediate knowledge of English will be preferred.
