JOB PURPOSE:

To collaborate in the design of the Company's institutional relations strategy and ensure its execution, strengthening relationships of trust with government authorities, trade associations, civil society organizations, and other key stakeholders, contributing to business sustainability, risk management, and the building of a solid corporate reputation aligned with the company's ESG standards and the maintenance of its social license to operate.

FUNCTIONS:

1. Support the implementation of the institutional relations and corporate affairs strategy.

2. Maintain ongoing relationships with national, regional, and local government entities.

3. Coordinate and manage the company's participation in trade associations.

4. Support the monitoring of the political, regulatory, and social environment, identifying risks and opportunities for operations, as well as key stakeholders.

5. Coordinate meetings and visits to Fruta del Norte and its area of ​​influence with strategic stakeholders.

6. Support the coordination of corporate events. 7. Manage commitments made to external stakeholders and ensure their follow-up.

8. Support crisis management in situations that could affect the company's reputation.

9. Provide support in coordinating institutional messages and positions in conjunction with the relevant departments.

10. Participate on behalf of the company in meetings with stakeholders, dialogue sessions, technical working groups, forums, and other events.

11. Oversee the preparation of reports from external stakeholders.

12. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on corporate affairs matters.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Academic:

University degree in Political Science, International Relations, Law, Business Administration, Sociology, Public Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

Between 7 and 10 years of professional experience in corporate affairs, institutional relations, sustainability, public affairs, strategic communication, or stakeholder engagement.

Specific Experience:

Desirable experience in extractive industries, infrastructure, energy, or industries with high public exposure.
Proven experience in government relations and regulatory bodies.
Experience coordinating with business associations, sectoral chambers, and/or diplomatic missions.
Participation in multi-stakeholder dialogue processes and management of sensitive issues.
Desirable experience working with stakeholders such as indigenous peoples and communities.
Experience in preparing executive reports for senior management.
