ESPECIALISTA SENIOR DE INVENTARIO - SENIOR INVENTORY SPECIALIST

Job Purpose:

Manage inventory and warehousing processes through the effective use of SAP WM/IM and other information systems, ensuring appropriate parameters, reliable data, and efficient operational workflows. Provide technical and functional support to users and operational staff, facilitating the proper execution of warehouse activities and contributing to the planning and timely replenishment of essential materials for Lundin Gold's operations.

General Functions:

Coordinate warehouse operational and systems activities, ensuring process compliance and the correct use of SAP (WM/IM).

Serve as a liaison between end users, supervisors, management, and IT to resolve requirements, improve processes, and maintain data quality.

Design, develop, and implement functional improvements in warehouse and inventory-related systems.
Manage change control, testing, updates, and system corrections in conjunction with IT and business partners.
Train warehouse staff and users on SAP processes and functionalities, ensuring their full utilization. Analyze, optimize, and document inventory, warehousing, and replenishment processes.

Support the generation of business intelligence (reports, KPIs, analysis) based on system data.
Identify and resolve errors in SAP, actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum job requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.

Experience:

8 years in inventory management, data analysis, or supply chain.

Experience with ERP systems, warehouse processes, and inventory management.

Technical Skills:

ERP systems with an emphasis on inventory and purchasing modules.
Advanced Excel and intermediate Power BI skills.
Inventory control and supply planning methodologies.
Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards.
Documentation and development of procedures.

WORK LOCATION: Fruta del Norte, Zamora Chinchipe, Lundin Gold Ecuador. Availability to work 14x14 shifts
