Internship Program 2026 – Lundin Gold

At Lundin Gold, we promote the development of young talent through our Internship Program 2026, a learning experience that will allow you to grow through hands-on practice, participating in real projects within a work environment grounded in our culture of safety, respect, and environmental stewardship.

We are looking for students with motivation, professional curiosity, and a strong commitment to contributing to responsible mining in Ecuador.

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to:

• Actively participate in strategic projects within the operation.

• Develop technical skills and key competencies for your career.

• Learn alongside high-level multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience professional life in the country’s first underground gold mine and one of the most important worldwide.

Work Location:

• Lundin Gold Offices – Quito, Ecuador

Internship Duration:

• 6 months (February – July 2026)

Work Schedule:

• 5x2, 6-hour shifts, hybrid modality.

• Accounting and Auditing

• Environmental Engineering

• Chemical Engineering

• Information Systems, Technology, or related fields
