OBRERO(A) - WASTE MANAGEMENT WORKER

Purpose of the role: 
The Waste Management Worker will assist in the management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste generated by the Company, its contractors, and subcontractors. 
Duties:

•    Collection, transportation, sorting, storage, and shipment or loading of non-hazardous and hazardous waste at the Waste Management Center.
•    Compact and store non-hazardous waste in bales weighing approximately 50 kilograms.
•    Maintain the Waste Management Center facilities.
•    Assist in filling out waste records and other documents related to waste management.
•    Perform other waste management activities as directed.
•    Cutting industrial plastic pipes, ventilation ducts, and other plastic items to form 1m3 bales.
•    Participating in environmental brigade activities for emergency response (spill containment, etc.).
Minimum requirements:
Education
•    Completed primary education.
•    High school diploma preferred.
Experience
•    Experience in similar jobs (preferred).
•    Willingness to work with both hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
•    Driver's license preferred.
