ROLE PURPOSE:
Provide support to the recruiting department at the Quito location.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support in filtering and organizing resumes received via the recruitment email and additional sources (database classification).
Preparation of job references for shortlisted candidates by each recruiter prior to submission to the Hiring Manager. This includes criminal background checks, license validation, etc.
Occasional support for recruiters in telephone pre-screening when demand warrants it.
Support in editing job postings for bulletin boards and the website for review and adjustments by Cris prior to posting.
Support in reviewing applicants through the SocioEmployment Network prior to qualifying offers and issuing reports to the senior recruiter.
Minimum requirements:
Student enrolled in Psychology, Human Talent, or Administration programs.
Flexible hours available.
Be available for the full 6 months of the internship contract.
