JOB PURPOSE

Lead the long-term maintenance strategy and plant shutdown life cycle, ensuring asset integrity and resource optimization through ISO 55000 standards.

FUNCTIONS

1. Develop the Master Maintenance Plan (3-5 years) aligned with asset management.

2. Manage the complete cycle of Plant Shutdowns: definition of scope, critical path, and shutdown closure.

3. Prepare technical scope specifications and terms of reference for the contracting of specialized shutdown services.

4. Supervise contractors technically and operationally, validating progress and compliance with WCM standards.

5. Audit and ensure that contractor personnel strictly comply with risk management and industrial safety.

6. Manage technical assistance with manufacturers (OEMs) for the optimization of critical components and strategic spare parts.

EDUCATION

University degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.

Required Certification:

CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) - Essential.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years in maintenance, with a focus on long-term planning, structures, and piping in the mining/industrial sector.

KNOWLEDGE

Project management (MS Project/Primavera P6), SAP (PM/MM), and design software (AutoCAD).
