PLANIFICADOR(A) DE MANTENIMIENTO - MAINTENANCE PLANNER (MAINTENANCE PP)

Job Purpose:

Lead the long-term maintenance strategy and the lifecycle of plant shutdowns, ensuring asset integrity and resource optimization.

Work Schedule:

14-day shifts

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop the Master Maintenance Plan (3–5 years) aligned with asset management.

2. Manage the full cycle of plant shutdowns: defining scope, critical path, and shutdown closure.

3. Prepare technical scope documents and terms of reference for contracting specialized shutdown services.

4. Provide technical and operational supervision of contractors, validating progress and compliance with WCM standards.

5. Audit and ensure that contractor personnel strictly comply with risk management and industrial safety protocols.

6. Manage technical assistance with manufacturers (OEMs) to optimize critical components and strategic spare parts.

Education:

Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering (Bachelor’s degree).

Specific Experience:

Minimum 5 years in maintenance, with a focus on long-term planning, structures, and piping in the mining/industrial sector.
