JOB PURPOSE

To carry out planned, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs in the Process Plant, using assigned resources properly, safely, and with environmental responsibility.

FUNTIONS

- Execute and close maintenance activities, registering failures, resources used, and observations in work orders.
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble mechanical components.
- Verify operational parameters after interventions.
- Coordinate corrective actions and improvements.
- Follow technical instructions and company standards.
- Support maintenance with accurate information.
- Act as Technical Inspector (ITO) for critical line equipment.
- Help plan activities three weeks ahead.

EDUCATION

GENERAL EXPERIENCE

3-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 5 years in maintenance roles in mining, oil, cement, or industrial sectors.

- Alignment and leveling of equipment.
- Experience with digital instrumentation.
- Knowledge of metrology tools (micrometers, goniometers).
- Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic drawings.
- Knowledge of lubricants and greases (Desirable).
- Arc welding experience (Desirable).
