ANALISTA DE RECLUTAMIENTO-RECRUITMENT ANALYST

JOB PURPOSE

To assist with the execution of activities related to recruitment and selection, applying established administrative techniques and complying with company regulations and policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct searches for individuals who meet the required profiles using the Company’s various recruitment sources.
Timely review, filter, and screen applicants’ resumes.
Conduct preliminary and in-depth interviews, and shortlist candidates for the recruitment processes to which you are assigned.
Verify the references of shortlisted candidates in accordance with the established process for this purpose.
Present candidates to the internal client, ensuring compliance with established timelines and procedures.
Record and/or update the information provided by applicants in the recruitment and selection database. 

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in PSYCHOLOGY or HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years of experience in the recruitment and selection subsystem at companies in the mining, oil, construction, or related industries.
Experience managing various recruitment sources, as well as large-scale, simultaneous selection processes for operational and strategic positions at the national and international levels.
Experience administering psychometric tests on digital platforms is highly desirable.
Experience using the Encuentra Empleo platform is highly desirable.
Experience conducting competency-based interviews (required)
